We want to make buying and growing our plants a pleasure, so if you encounter problems with using the website, ordering plants or your purchases, then please do get in touch straight away.
DIFFICULTY WITH WEBSITE OR ORDERING - Please email us at info@tobybuckland.com and we will be in touch to help sort it out.
PLANTS OUT OF STOCK - If we have run out of stock, it may only be temporarily, so please email info@tobybuckland.com. We will take a note of what you're after and let you know as soon as it comes back into stock. Of course, some plants, for example the bareroot range, and plants in a particular size of pot are only available in certain seasons.
GENERAL GARDEN QUESTIONS - While Toby doesn't have time to answer email queries and garden queries which come in by post, he does try and answer everybody who contacts him via twitter. Twitter is quick and immediate, and easy to keep up with even when he's out on the nursery though of course answers have to fit into 140 characters! You can follow Toby and keep in touch on twitter by clicking on the 't' in the blue box in the bottom left-hand corner of the page.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER - If there is a problem with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your plants so that we can organise a refund or replacement. Please see Shipping & Returns for more details about what to do if there is a problem with your order.
