"I use a lot of sage in cooking and I like this one because the leaves are large and full-flavoured. It's evergreen so useful all-year round and it's so much nicer picking from your own plants than buying. Use it to make stuffing or cheat by pushing a couple of leaves under the skin of roast chicken before it goes in the oven.
