Meet up at Powderham Castle car-park and take a gentle stroll up to the Walled Garden where Toby will start the morning demonstrating how to plant roses. Toby will explain how to get the best from roses, including planting bare-root, feeding, training, pruning and keeping roses pest and disease-free. Places are limited so there will be an opportunity to get hands-on and ask Toby questions on a range of topics.

The course takes place in  the beautiful surroundings of the Walled Garden at Powderham Castle, outdoors and in the Victorian Greenhouses. Home-made refreshments are included. Directions will be sent out on booking.
