Orders
The description of the goods, the price, VAT and delivery costs are set out on the order page.We will confirm acceptance of your order on-screen and with a confirmation email sent to the email address you supply to us. If your email or address change after we have accepted your order, it is your responsibility to notify us.Plants and products on Toby Buckland Nurseries website are only available for delivery to you if your address is in our delivery area.We deliver to UK mainland, including England, Wales and parts of Scotland. Sorry, we do not currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands (postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly (postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25) the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver overseas. Charges for delivery and packaging are included in the total price of your order. Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to you a the time of delivery, or if you fail to take delivery at the time the courier tried to deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event that plants or goods arrive damaged we ask customers to contact us immediately or within 7 days of recieving your order. While we make every effort to send out only the best quality plants and products, should you be dissatisifed with your purchase, please contact us via the website or on 01626 891133 to organise a refund or replacement.
Corrections
While we take every care to give correct descriptions of our plants, gardening is not an exact science, and colour, size and the various facets can vary greatly between plants and are also depending on where and how they are planted, site, soil and so on. Descriptions of all the goods and services on the Toby Buckland Nurseries are for guidance only and good to our knowledge. Errors are corrected should we become aware of them. We reserve the right to make changes to the website at any time.
