I was so chuffed when I got the parcel today. All plants were carefully wrapped in newspaper with string and black labels which are way too smart for my garden and were a lovely surprise. And the plants themselves are healthy, large plants with very good root systems. Even the plant root fungi is well thought-out. Instead of the usual open bag which tends to fall over, yours comes with a spice jar top which is easy to handle when perched awkwardly in the border. At the end, I had a tiny amount of waste (the tape); everything else was either planted out or in the composter (newspaper, corrugated cardboard). What a lovely way to receive plants.
